The Visual Experience

Here we have digital copies of our store. For a more in-depth view of some of our appliances please view the services tab for more information. In the first section, there are two video tours of our 3D store models with the first showing the exterior and the second showing the interior. Our creative director, Estelle Stroud, designed our store while considering spacial regions. Our store is not crowded with things nor does it look empty. She also considered technology. The space behind the walls accounts for the rotating of clothes and storage. Lastly, the tall, purple tents represent room for tailoring measurements and fitting rooms for customers. The second region is composed of focused photos on things inside the store. For example, the egg like shapes represent mannequins and as previously stated the purple cylinders are tents. These designs were created based on personal preference and a survey which we encourage you to view below to see the opinions of 151 people.

What Did The People Say? (Click the box)

Gender

Gender

Women are the primary shoppers within a household so it was not surprising that they dominated the responses in our survey.

Age

Age

During our research we found that young adults and teenagers account for most of the people within a mall so the findings of our survey were also helpful in trying to figure out how potential consumers would feel about Z.A.N.E.

In-Store?

In-Store?

Z.A.N.E will provide both an in store and online shopping option for guests and members. Tailoring option will have more options for members but will still be accessible to guest.

Try on?

Try on?

The results to this question were surprising to the founders. It seems that people in their immediate reach did not prefer to try on clothes but these results gave them a wider look on things which is why try on selections and dressing rooms were added to the store.

Technology?

Technology?

Since this is the era of technology, much of the store is based off of the possibilities presented by newer innovations such as IPads and vending machines.

Fingerprints?

Fingerprints?

Fingerprints will be used to establish membership so that they can easily access their accounts and information. When providing this, Z.A.N.E will be clear to emphasize that this is for ease on the customer and their personal information will not be floating around for any employee to view.

Tailoring

Tailoring

Online databases and sources showed that men tailor more then women. So in a survey taken by mostly women we became more confident in the usage of at least half admitting to have had clothes tailored before.

Price?

Price?

We expected people to believe that tailoring would be expensive. These results will draw people to Z.A.N.E once they see our inexpensive prices and large catalog.
