SELF SERVING KIOSKS
-
Kiosks will run and store information based on the store's database
-
Tailoring measurements would be put into a database to generate their avatar and be accessible to the customers through the Ipads using either their membership fingerprint or guest id
-
Custom avatar information will only remain in the database until the shipment has been fulfilled
-
-
Customers will sign into the computer and have a full body depiction of themselves already uploaded to the program and ready to use
-
Avatars will start off dressed in undergarments
-
- Instead of using membership cards, a customer’s profile is established with their fingerprint at the register
-
Fingerprint secures other customers from stealing their reward points or abusing the system by sharing them
-
it’s not an invasion of privacy because the customer has to initiate the profile with their fingerprint, it's not something required at the counter or forced/
-
-
Customer can use store app or in-store employees or kiosks to personalize their account with their size and typical things they like
-
As they scroll through and select the clothing options, clothes show up on avatar
-
Customers can decide how much information they want to put into the system
-
-
The process could take between 3-15 minutes depending on how detailed the customer wants to be.
-
A few small iPads would account for any back up in the store in case employee assistance stations are full (SSK- self-serving kiosks)
-
-
Kiosks will have the same capabilities as an employee would when it comes to customization of clothing
